Our standard delivery options are available for England and Wales exclusively.

We do provide delivery services to Scotland; however, please reach out to us for specific pricing in these areas.

We do not deliver to remote islands that may pose logistical challenges.

All delivery charges are encompassed in the final shopping cart total and are contingent on the selected products. This cost is based on delivery to mainland Great Britain, excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands, where additional shipping charges may apply. It's important to note that not all products will incur an extra delivery fee for the Scottish Highlands and Islands – this is determined by the costs set by the manufacturer, distributor, or courier facilitating shipping on our behalf. If your delivery address falls within the Scottish Highlands and Islands, a member of our helpline team will contact you before processing your order in case an additional delivery charge is applicable. While we strive to ensure orders are delivered on the requested date, we cannot guarantee availability based on the manufacturer's production schedule or delivery timelines.

Any deviation from the web delivery date provided will be communicated to you via email or telephone. In the event that we are unable to make a delivery due to accessibility issues, we reserve the right to levy a failed delivery charge.

All our delivery charges presuppose the customer's availability to accept the goods. This encompasses, on bulkier items, the capability or willingness to manually unload the goods, or access to mechanical unloading facilities (such as a forklift truck). On specific orders, crane-off or tail-lift facilities may be available at an extra cost.

Please be aware that any orders received after noon on a Friday (including those received over the weekend) will be processed on the subsequent Monday. We retain the right to decline delivery if you haven't provided us with prior notice of any access restrictions.

Restricted access includes situations where our drivers encounter obstacles such as double yellow lines, red routes, narrow lanes, steep inclines, low bridges, or roads with width restrictions. If your access is limited, kindly email to discuss delivery options.


Multiple Deliveries: As a result, some of the items you've ordered may be shipped directly from their source, resulting in your order being delivered in multiple parts.

Depending on stock availability, certain orders may be divided into more than one delivery to ensure you receive available items promptly.

Please do not accept damaged products. Orders signed for as "unchecked" will be considered as received in good condition.
